Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to boost patient engagement, strengthen hospital branding, and drive business growth. This role includes promoting hospital services, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient visits and service utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and insurance providers.
  • Develop and implement referral programs with local healthcare partners.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting hospital services to individuals and institutions.
Marketing & Branding:
  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional activities such as health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach events.
  • Create content for brochures, newsletters, and advertising materials..
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Public Relations & Corporate Tie-Ups:

Patient Engagement & Customer Relationship Management:

Qualifications & Skills:
